One of the essays is “Changing the World One Heart at a Time” and depicts the underlying concept of “Moonrise: The Power of Women Leading from the Heart,” a compilation of essays, written by women of wisdom and forerunners of healing the earth for the common good of all, representing the leadership that is changing our unrestful environment.

Kate Kendell, a leader in the LGBT community, speaks of accepting cultural diversity.  LaDonna Redmond speaks of “return[ing] to our ancestral roots in order to feed ourselves.” Jensine Larsen encourages women to speak out by saying “global decision-makers will no longer be able to ignore us, and we [women] will become a united and political force that will hold corporations accountable, overturn dictatorships, improve the lives of men and boys, and create a cultural shift that values life over profit and destruction.”

All thirty essays convey healing to the separation of masculine and feminine by bringing the two together as one and forging forward in harmony.  Each story has a powerful message; a message of hope. I encourage those that are interested in healing our earth through heartfelt leadership read the compilation in “Moonrise.”  It only takes one slight shift within one’s self to make the difference to the lives of many.
