The book begins with a few informational chapters which are easy to read and apply followed by a daily reading for each of the 90 days following. The ‘day’ chapters start with a quote, discuss a subject related to that quote and on the difficulties of new life changes, provide encouragement and hope, and suggest a new habit or trait. Sprinkled with Bible scripture and words of wisdom from various famous sources, each day chapter is short so as to be easily read and applied. The book also contains ample information in the appendix section such as shopping lists, recipes, meal plans, workouts, and further reading. There are also several before and after pictures of the couple as well as others who have succeeded in the Parham’s ‘90-Day Fitness Challenge.’

Phil and Amy Parham are to be commended for overcoming one of America’s worst epidemics – obesity. But they aren’t stopping with their own health.
