Typically, many in the general population believe that a majority of individuals will develop Alzheimer’s regardless of what measures they take. However, research has shown that by taking certain steps in your lifestyle the progression can be slowed down or stopped.

The information provided gives readers the opportunity to learn more about the disease. It is easy to read and understand. Does it work? I couldn’t really say as I haven’t talked to anyone who has done what is suggested. Given some of the information provided, I could see how it might work.

This is an excellent book, whether one is developing Alzheimer’s, or is caring for someone with Alzheimer’s. The information provided in “Stop Alzheimer’s Now!” can help with other illnesses such as Parkinson’s, Muscular Dystrophy, Huntington Disease and many more.
