Coping Skills by Faith G. Harper

In “Coping Skills: Tools and Techniques for Every Stressful Situation,” Faith Harper incorporates her extensive knowledge as a therapist to teach the reader techniques on how to best utilize coping skills to deal with stressful situations. She incorporates a variety of techniques from different types of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, Somatic Experiencing, and Jungian therapy.
