I don’t know how to tell readers about this book without gushing like a fangirl. Just WOW. I got so caught up in this story and its rich, complex characters that I have ignored cooking, cleaning, laundry… I probably would have forgotten to breathe if it weren’t on autopilot. This crazy world full of gods, demigods, mages, humans, and a host of others just grabbed me. The characters sank their fangs, claws, and whatever else deep within me.
