“Inspired Wisdom Word Search” is the latest book in the Yoga for the Brain series by Cristina Smith and Rick Smith. Work your way through different word search puzzles with messages that inspire peace and happiness while providing mental stimulation and pure entertainment.

Sound like a tall order for a word search book? Well, if your new to the Yoga for the Brain series, this is just par for the course for the creators, the sister and brother team of Cristina Smith and Rick Smith. Cristina is passionate about mental health and spreading positivity throughout the world. Rick is a word search guru. Their strengths combine to bring readers an unparalleled journey as you “have fun with a purpose.”

The benefits of this series are plentiful. Firstly, it helps keep your mind sharp with the motivating mental exercises provided through the puzzles.  Readers and puzzlers will also experience increased self-awareness as they work through and consider the mindful energizing passages on every page. “Inspired Wisdom Word Search” is an anthology as well, with contributions from sixty different authors ranging in age from teens to seniors. It’s full-spectrum source of life-wisdom knowledge nicely wrapped up in a hands-on, user friendly package. I love that the wisdom shared on these pages are not dictated by people solely in the mindfulness field, but of an eclectic, well-rounded group of individuals sharing what works for them. The result being the creation of a book full of valuable content you’ll want to revisit long after the puzzles are solved. In this respect it’s a truly unique journey into self-actualization and wellness.

Another aspect readers and puzzlers will find appealing is that the puzzles are challenging but not so difficult you’ll get discouraged. The puzzles and messages can be done in order or, like I tend to do – open a page randomly and use the message as a daily meditation prompt. There really is no way to go wrong – it’s an endless array of opportunities.

“Inspired Wisdom Word Search: Yoga for the Brain” is my favorite so far in the series because of the collaboration with so many wise souls but I encourage you to check out all the books in the Yoga for the Brain series. You’ll emerge from the experiences inspired, challenged, happier and smarter!
